Privacy notice

MMV Moments is a form used to collect and review records of Manbhum Mahavidyalaya events and programs. For questions about a record or this notice, contact mmvmoments@gmail.com.

Information collected

A report may contain event dates and venues, descriptions, organizers and participants, the submitter's name, designation, department and contact email, and uploaded documents or photographs. A submitter may optionally provide their device location. Original photographs can contain location metadata. The site does not verify whether a photograph's geotag or a submitted identity is genuine.

How the information is used

The information is used to prepare, review, correct, retain, and retrieve college event records. Submitted reports go to the college's Google Drive account, mmvmoments@gmail.com. The site creates folders and files in that account and shows records to authorized users. It does not use report contents for advertising.

Storage and access

Google Drive is the storage location for report contents and uploaded evidence. Cloudflare serves the site and processes requests and uploads. Cloudflare KV stores the encrypted Google Drive refresh token and a small amount of connection and sign-in state; it is not used as a separate report archive. The browser receives a secure session cookie after sign-in.

People given the shared faculty access key can submit reports. College administrators sign in with an approved Google account to connect Drive and review reports. The shared key does not prove a submitter's personal identity, so the contact details entered in a report are self-reported. The site does not automatically create public sharing links for uploaded files.

Retention and requests

The site has no automatic report-deletion schedule. Records remain in the connected college Drive until the college manages or removes them there. To ask about access, correction, or removal of a record, write to mmvmoments@gmail.com and identify the report where possible.

Google authorization

The college administrator authorizes the site to create and manage the specific Drive files used with this app. The site does not receive the Google account password. Google account access can be reviewed or revoked in the account's Google security settings. If Google authorization expires or is revoked, an administrator must reconnect Drive.
